feat(workshop): vergelijkingsblok Dify, Copilot, ChatGPT en Gemini in draaiboek en presentatie

- twee nieuwe dia's (24 in totaal): de vergelijkingstabel en de interactie Welke heeft jouw school
- draaiboek: blok Vier omgevingen van 7 minuten na de pitches, tijden opnieuw verdeeld
- materiaal: de drie andere reeksen als PDF; nieuwe variant voor een Microsoft- of Google-school
- README en CHANGELOG bijgewerkt
